John Cedeño

John had worked as a welder until kidney problems caused his optic nerve to atrophy. As a result of his illness, he lost his job and his marriage. The Bud Keith Fund began providing John with a stipend in 2014 and also paid for a 2014 course in which he learned to use a cane to travel. The photo shows John in his mobility training class. John completed the high school classes he needed to get admitted to a university and is now in his third year of university, studying law.
