Apply for a Development Fund grant

Please read the following information before applying for a Peace Corps Panama Friends (PCPF) grant.

PCPF awards grants to support Peace Corps Panama volunteer projects on a quarterly basis. Volunteers can submit application by no later than the last day of January, March, June, and September and request fund for up to $100, $250, or $500. PCPF will review all applications and select recipients within 10 business days. Recipients will be contacted via email. Please submit all grant applications via email to Catherine Fabiano, PCPF Panama Liaison, at panamaliaison@panamapcv.net. Note: Number of grants funded and amount of funds awarded depends on fundraising and will vary every quarter.

This application will supplement the application volunteers submit through Peace Corps Partnership Program (PCPP). PCPF will utilize PCPP as the mechanism for funding projects. Volunteers can apply to fund a portion of their project or the project in its entirety. Please inform PCPF via email at panamaliaison@panamapcv.net when your PCPP application is available online. PCPF will not be able to fund grants that are not posted on the PCPP site.

All grant recipients must agree to submit a final report along with pictures which PCPF will feature in its social platforms (e.g. PCPF website) and communication mediums (e.g. monthly El Bochinche newsletter). The final report can be the same one as volunteers submit to the Peace Corps Grant Coordinator for PCPP or the PCPF Grant Report which will be shared with all recipients. Volunteers who do not submit a final report will not be eligible for another PCPF grant.

If you have any questions about the grant application or award process please contact Catherine Fabiano at panamaliaison@panamapcv.net.
